1. Services Provided

Cairo Airport Ride provides professional airport transfer and tourist transportation services across Egypt, including but not limited to:

• Airport pick-up and drop-off transfers from/to all major Egyptian airports.
• Point-to-point city transfers within Egypt.
• Tourist excursions and guided day trips across Egyptian destinations.
• Vehicle and driver rental for corporate events, weddings, and private occasions.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• Booking Request: All bookings are considered requests until confirmed by our team via WhatsApp or email.
• Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Cairo Airport Ride containing trip details, vehicle type, and estimated price.
• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate passenger details, pick-up/drop-off locations, and flight information. Cairo Airport Ride bears no liability for delays or issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client.
• Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Fixed Pricing: All prices quoted are fixed and inclusive of tolls, parking, and driver fees unless otherwise stated.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash (EGP or USD), bank transfer, and Vodafone Cash. Payment is made directly to the driver on the day of travel.
• Price Changes: Prices are subject to change for bookings made on public holidays, peak seasons, or in cases of significant fuel price increases.
• Waiting Time: One hour of free waiting is included for airport arrivals. Additional waiting time beyond one hour may be charged at EGP 50 per 30 minutes.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are free of charge.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-Show: Failure to appear at the agreed pick-up location without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and charged in full.
• Force Majeure: In cases of flight cancellation or natural disasters, clients may reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Passenger Conduct & Responsibilities

• Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times during the journey.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
• Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct.
• Children must use appropriate child safety seats where required by law. Please request this at the time of booking.
• The maximum number of passengers per vehicle must not exceed the stated vehicle capacity.

6. Flight Monitoring & Delays

We actively monitor incoming flights in real-time. In the event of a flight delay, your driver will be notified and will adjust the pick-up time accordingly at no extra charge. We ask clients to notify us immediately of any significant flight changes or cancellations.

7. Luggage

• Standard luggage allowance is consistent with the selected vehicle's boot capacity.
• Oversized, excess, or additional luggage (e.g., sports equipment, wheelchairs) must be declared at the time of booking.
• Cairo Airport Ride is not liable for loss or damage to luggage placed in the vehicle unless caused by proven driver negligence.

8. Liability Limitations

Cairo Airport Ride will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to missed flights, meetings, or connections due to traffic, accidents, or force majeure events.

• We are not responsible for delays due to road closures, extreme weather, or events beyond our control.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service in all cases.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Cairo Airport Ride website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of Cairo Airport Ride and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

11. Amendments

Cairo Airport Ride reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
